Our new 30mm Diameter Circular Aluminium Profile is perfect for modern installations. This profile is designed to suspended using our kit to create a stunning light bar effect. 3000mm in length and suitable for LED tapes with a maximum width of 20mm.

The length of these profiles can be extended with the use of the straight connection bracket in the 'useful add ons you may need' section.

These Aluminium Channels are suitable for housing and protecting our LED strips. They prevent the much unwanted secondary refraction from reflective surfaces and also act as a heat sink for them as well, which in turn will increase the LEDs lifetime as well as slowing down any brightness degradation over time.

Please note: The diffuser and end caps for this aluminium channel will need to be purchased seperately.

Diffusers will affect the brightness of LED tapes when installed, as a general guide, please see the information below on how much the brightness is affected by each type of diffuser.

Transparent: 5-10% of the brightness will be taken away

Semi-Clear: 25-30% of the brightness will be taken away

Opal: 50-55% of the brightness will be taken away

Black: 65-70% of the brightness will be taken away

The use of diffusers will also alter the Kelvin Temperature of the LED Tape by approximately 10%. Opal diffusers will make the Kelvin Temperature/CCT appear warmer, Semi clear diffusers will make the Kelvin Temperature/CCT appear cooler.
